Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner has not been examined, although he has informed the concerned police station.

In view of the directions passed on 17.07.2025 in WPA 10985 of 2025 along with WPA 11027 of 2025, WPA 11817 of 2025, WPA 11824 of 2025, WPA 11827 of 2025 and WPA 11831 of 2025, Bishnupur Police Station Case No. 178 of 2025 dated 04.07.2025 has already been registered for investigation and the investigation of the case is in progress. In case the present petitioner has not been called by the investigating officer of the case as the subject-matter of the case relates to similar nature of offence being committed by the accused, the investigating officer is directed to take the version of the accused and the documents which are in his custody also for considering the subject-

matter of deprivation and deception suffered by the present petitioner.

The petitioner, as in the earlier writ petitions, would be at liberty to approach this Court, if he is dissatisfied with the investigation of Bishnupur Police Station Case No. 178 of 2025 dated 04.07.2025 after the period of three months is over from the date of registration of the FIR.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 11317 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
