There are two criminal antecedents so far as the petitioner is concerned. One of the police case is in relation to fake currency. The present police case also relates to fake currency. Petitioner before us is the son-in-law of the principal accused.

There are materials in the Case Diary to suggest that the petitioner is one of the pedlars of fake currency. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
