Petitioner has prayed for expeditious disposal of the proceeding under Section 125(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure corresponding to M.E.X. Case No. 286 of 2022, which is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 9th Court at Alipore.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that a sum of Rs.77,000/- is due towards arrears. In the Execution Case, learned Judicial Magistrate, 9th Court at Alipore is directed to divide the arrears into eight equal installments and direct to clear the same within a period of eight months. The payment towards arrears would be in addition to the regular maintenance, which is to be paid by the Opposite Party No. 2. No unnecessary adjournment be granted to any of the parties and in case there is any resolution of the local Bar, the same would not stop the Opposite Party for making any payment towards the arrears of maintenance as well as the regular monthly maintenance.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1813 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
