Case No.109 of 2025 dated 27.04.2025 under Sections 331/305/126(2)/352/351(2) of the BNS. And In the matter of:

Mr. Krishnendu Bhattacharya Mr. Ranadeb Sengupta Mr. Rajib Mullick Ms. Sonia Mukherjee Mr. Subham Chatterjee ... for the petitioners Mr. Shiladitya Banerjee Mr. Sana Naaz .... for the State Considering the nature of allegations, the materials available in the case diary and the willingness expressed by the petitioners to comply with the notice/s issued under Section 35(3) of the BNSS, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

In the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 corresponding to Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023 and

on the further conditions that the petitioners shall meet the investigating officer as and when required and comply with the notice/s issued under Section 35(3) of the BNSS by the police authorities and shall not threaten or intimidate witnesses.
