It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during the pendency of this writ petition, the final order has been passed under section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. WPA 11743 of 2026 stands disposed of by directing the concerned police authorities as well as the Office of the District Magistrate to act expeditiously in accordance with law in implementation of the order dated 22 June 2026.
