This application for review is completely unmeritorious, as even if we accept the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant, we have mistakenly recorded that the husband was drawing the salary of Rs. 45,000/- per month at the relevant point of time. The criteria for applying the maintenance for the wife and the child would approximately come one-third of the gross salary of the husband.

2. Under such circumstances, the application for review being RVW 87 of 2023 stands dismissed.

3. In view of dismissal of the review application nothing remains to be decided in the stay application being CAN 1 of 2023 and the same is accordingly dismissed.
