Mr. Rahul Das ... for the State-respondent(s) Learned advocate for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to the order dated 28.08.2015 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench in WP No. 28339(W) wherein there was a direction upon the police authorities.

Subsequently, the directions upon the police authorities were reiterated by the Co-ordinate Bench on 05.01.2021 in WPCRC 52 of 2018.

The petitioner informed the police station regarding the illegal act and actions of the private respondents by his information dated 14.03.2024.

Datta, learned advocate, appears for the State and submits a report which reflects that Memari PS Case No. 247 of 2024 dated 20.03.2024 has been registered for investigation and, subsequently, charge-sheet has been submitted on or about 30th April, 2024 under Sections 341/323/188/506/34 of the IPC.

Although, the Sections, under which charge-sheet has been submitted, may not involve any heinous offences.

But, having regard to the fact that the private respondents being aware of the earlier High Court's orders, if they are found interfering and/ taking the law in their own hand by violating the order dated 05.01.2021 passed in WPCRC 52 of 2018, then, in that case, if any application is taken out by the present petitioner before the learned Magistrate, the learned Magistrate will alter the conditions of the bail bond and direct the private

respondents to stay outside the jurisdiction of Memari Police Station.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 12289 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
