The petitioner is a Central Government employee posted at Purulia.

The condition in the order dated June 17, 2022 requiring the petitioner not to leave the jurisdiction of North 24-Parganas, is contended to be harsh and burdensome.

In view of the petitioner being a Central Government employee and in view of the petitioner being posted in Purulia at present, it would be appropriate to waive the condition requiring the petitioner not to leave the jurisdiction of North 24-Parganas. All other conditions of the order dated June 17, 2022 will remain the same.
