Mr. Nirupam Dhali ....for the State In an incident of assault the victim suffered grievous hurt. Petitioner stands implicated in the assault on the victim resulting in grievous hurt.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

C.R.M.(A) 1973 of 2023 is rejected.
