Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that as complaint of the petitioner has been transformed into an FIR by taking necessary steps by the concerned police authorities and a criminal prosecution has been initiated, grievance of the petitioner is redressed.

State respondents are represented by Mr. Das, learned Additional Government Pleader.

In view of aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, it appears that grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

No further order need be passed on this writ petition.
