There are factual incorrectness in the averments made in the petition for anticipatory bail. The petitioner claims that the prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected on April 28, 2022 in the first paragraph of the petitioner. That is not so as pointed out on behalf of the learned Advocate for the de facto complainant.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that some of 'streedhan' articles were seized.

In view of the incorrect averments made in the application, the petitioner did not come clean hands to Court. We are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 2839 of 2022 is dismissed.
