Records of the writ petition reflects that an 22.07.2025 Court No. 35 D/L. No.16 Rakib information was furnished with the Inspector-in-Charge of Amdanga Police Station, wherein the incident complained of was related to 1st May, 2025. The gist of the allegations were that the petitioner's articles were removed from his residence and thereafter a padlock was affixed.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that although the said representation of 1st May, 2025 was not acted upon but subsequently another information was furnished by the petitioner on 21.05.2025. Consequent to which Amdanga Police Station case no. 402/25 dated 21.05.2025 was registered for investigation and stolen articles were seized from the shop of one Nasir Mondal.

Having regard to the fact the police authorities have already taken steps, the primary grievance of the petitioner is addressed. So far as the issue relating to possession, petitioner would approach the jurisdictional Court for necessary relief.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 11322 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
