The writ petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction upon the respondents not to give any effect to and/or further effect to the impugned panel prepared by the respondent concerned for the recruitment of Accredited Social Health Activities (ASHA) for the post of Village - Barabari and for other consequential relief.

Considering the nature of prayer and long pendency of this writ petition, it seems to this Court that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the

case anymore either on the ground that the purpose of filing this writ petition has been resolved or that he has abandoned his prayer due to passage of time. 7.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed without any order as to costs. Connected applications, if any, are also, thus, disposed of.

The interim order, if any, stands vacated.
