Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the victim girl as well as the medical report.

Considering the medical report and the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the victim girl, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail, C.R.M. 5007 of 2021, is rejected.
