The petitioners are yet to obtain any succession certificate. The disputes are wholly civil in nature. The disputes relate to succession amongst brothers and sisters with regard to the estate of the deceased parents.

Writ court need not interfere.

WPA 12150 of 2021 is disposed of without any order as costs.
