Petitioners, through their learned advocate, have forwarded a representation to the Officer-in-Charge, Uttarpara Police Station dated 30th January, 2024. The claim of the petitioner no.1 is that her brother happened to be in possession of a particular part of the building (first floor) and the petitioner nos.2 and 3 are her relations.

Petitioners claim that they have been obstructed by the respondent no.4 and to that effect they lodged a complaint to the police authorities on 30th January, 2024.

The Officer-in-Charge of Uttarpara Police Station will consider the representation of the petitioners dated 30th January, 2024 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 20

(twenty) days from date and communicate his findings to the petitioners.

With the aforesaid observation, WPA 12315 of 2024 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
