The learned advocate representing the alleged contemnor submits, upon instructions, that the order has duly been complied.

The date of birth of the petitioner which was previously recorded in the service records as 1st January, 1960 has been rectified and the correct date of birth being 1st April, 1966 has been incorporated in the service records of the petitioner.

The learned advocate has produced a copy of the letter dated 20th January, 2022 written by the alleged contemnor to the petitioner intimating compliance of the Court's order. Let a photocopy copy of the same be kept on record.

In view of the aforesaid submission, there is no further requirement of proceeding with the contempt application.

The same is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
