From the order-sheets appended to this civil revision application this court finds that July 5, 2025 has been fixed for service returns upon the defendant no. 14. It appears that the summons of the suit has not yet been served upon all the defendants.

In view thereof, this court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing at this stage. Accordingly, CO 1810 of 2025 stands disposed of with the above observations.
