Petitioner is the owner of the vehicle and was present in the said vehicle wherefrom recovery was made from the possession of the co-accused who was his co-passenger.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials connecting the petitioner with transportation of narcotic substance above commercial quantity, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.
