Even on earlier occasion no one is appeared on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation is sought for in spite of notifying the petitioner by the State through concerned police station.
By filing this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 the petitioner herein seeking for quashing of proceeding being C.R. case no. 483 of 2016 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Third Court, Hooghly Sadar at Chinsurah, under Sections 494 and 506 of Indian Penal Code. This case pertains to the year 2017. Despite the giving opportunity no one turn up on behalf of the petitioner.
It seems the petitioner is no more interested to proceed with the matter.
Accordingly, the instant revisional application being CRR 1451 of 2017 is thus dismissed for default without order as to costs.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Magistrate for information and taking necessary steps in accordance with law.
