1. The petitioner has filed the present writ application praying for setting aside / quashing / modifying the order of rejection dated April 22, 2026.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has handed over an order dated June 15, 2026 issued by the Nodal Officer, SIR Appellate Tribunal-4 wherein, the District Election officer has been advised to remand the matter to the Tribunal for taking appropriate decision. The learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a direction upon the SIR Appellate Tribunal-4 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner as early as possible.

4. Accordingly, WPA 11750 of 2026 stands disposed of.
