Though the petitioner is not appearing in the matter at the time of calling, in the interest of justice I intend to pass the order disposing of the writ petition by directing the respondent concerned to consider and dispose of the representation dated 10th April, 2019 made by the petitioner, being annexure 'P 12' to the writ petition relating to child care leave benefit, by passing a reasoned and reasoned order in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of communicate of this order and to communicate his decision within two weeks thereafter.
