Roy Mr. Rahul Ganguly ...for the State A difficulty has arisen for the petitioner no.1 in getting the benefit of an order of anticipatory bail passed by this Court because the name of the petitioner no.1, who was a relation of the victim, was not disclosed in the petition that was filed for open perusal. However, in a closed envelope, a petition was filed disclosing the names of the petitioners and the Vakalatnamas.

In the interest of justice, let the envelope, in which the original petition is kept, be opened and a certified copy of that original application be supplied to the learned advocate on record of the petitioners upon compliance of necessary formalities. But, the same shall be given in a sealed cover. The petitioners may produce it before the learned Court where the application for bail would be moved and request the Court to keep the same in a sealed cover, after perusal. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
