Jana, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners refers to a series of cases pending between the parties.

I have considered the submissions. I have also taken into account the charge-sheet which has been submitted. However, the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, so far as the present case being Marishda Police Station Case No. 144 of 2020 dated 28.07.2020 is concerned, are yet to be received by the petitioners. Accordingly, I am of the view that this revisional application is premature.

The petitioners would be at liberty to take out an application under Section 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure at the appropriate stage after receipt of the

documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Learned trial court would dispose of the same in accordance with law without being influenced by any observations made by this Court.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1756 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
