For the Opposite Party Learned counsel for the opposite party/applicant submits that the opposite party intends to withdraw the proceeding being complaint case no. 14318 of 2024 pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 19th Court, Calcutta presently redesignated as learned Judicial Magistrate, 19th Court, Calcutta against the petitioner and other co-accused of the case. An application seeking such withdrawal was filed by the learned counsel before the learned trial Court. Learned trial Court was unable to deal with the same in view of the order of this Court granting stay of the entire proceeding. Learned counsel seeks an order quashing the complaint case before the learned Magistrate.

In view of the above, the complaint case being no. 14318 of 2024 pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 19th Court, Calcutta presently redesignated as learned Judicial Magistrate, 19th Court, Calcutta be quashed.

CRR 1819 of 2024 is disposed of.

The connecting application being CRAN 3 of 2024 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities. (Suvra Ghosh, J.)
