1. Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved that despite directions of a Coordinate Bench on 02.04.2024 in WPA 5253 of 2024 his daughter's application for SC certificate has not been considered or disposed of.

3. Counsel for the State produces instructions issued by SDO, Malda, Sadar. It appears that there was an enquiry and a finding recorded by the office of Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Malda and his officials on 9.4.2024 declining SC certificate to the petitioner's daughter. A proposal also appears to have been made to cancel SC certificate of the writ petitioner.

4. A copy of the said enquiry report has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner may apply before the Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Malda for any document based on which the finding was dated 19th April, 2024 was arrived at

and take steps in accordance with law against the said order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
