Petitioner is aggrieved of the fact that the representation made by the petitioner to the Inspector-in-Charge of Uluberia Police Station as well as Bardhaman Police Station was not taken into consideration.

However, State has submitted a report.

Report reflects that Bardhaman Police Station has drawn up a 'Zero' FIR and sent the same to the Uluberia Police Station. Presently the case has been registered as Uluberia Police Station Case No. 263 of 2025 dated 12.06.2025.

Having considered that steps have been taken by the police authorities, I am of the view that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted

as the issues for which the petitioner approached this Court has been subserved.

Accordingly, WPA 11320 of is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report of Uluberia Police Station be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
