1. The present application has been filed in connection with FMAT 227 of 2022 seeking certain reliefs.

2. However, as rightly pointed out by learned counsel for the appellants, the appeal was admitted and was finally disposed of by judgment dated August 05, 2022. Hence, this court has been rendered functus officio with regard to the matter.

3. Accordingly, CAN 2 of 2024 is dismissed as not maintainable with liberty, however, to the applicants to approach the trial court in connection with the main suit with the self-same reliefs, if the applicants are otherwise entitled to get such relief in law.

4. There will be no order as to costs.
