Petitioner is directed to serve copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Mirza Firoj Ahmed Begg, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities in due course. The subject matter of the revisional application relates to Falta Police Station Case No. 99 of 2021 dated 17.05.2021. The petitioner has challenged the FIR. Records of the revisional application being that charge-sheet has been submitted and the case has been committed to the Court of Sessions. It has been informed that the next date has been fixed for framing of charges. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is challenging the First Information Report, I am of the opinion, that the same has lost its relevance.

Petitioner would be at liberty to take out his application and advance his contention before the trial court. If an application under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed the

learned trial court would dispose of the same in accordance with law, without being influenced by any observations made by this Court.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 1757 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
