Petitioners have informed the police authorities particularly the Inspector-in-Charge, Krishnaganj Police Station after the Special Officer has completed his enquiry. Be that as it may, since the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 3rd Court, Krishnagar, Nadia is in seisin of T.S. No. 232 of 2022, I am of the opinion that the petitioners in the circumstances would better ventilate their grievance before the jurisdictional civil court which is in seisin of the issue. In case any direction is passed by the civil court, police authorities would act in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 11462 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
