Petitioner renews the prayer for anticipatory bail. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the earlier rejection dated December 7, 2021, the police filed charge sheet. He submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated due to political rivalry.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the medical examination report of the victim.

Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and her injury report, we are unable to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the

petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 2849 of 2022 is dismissed.
