I have taken into account the seizure list, the statement of the witnesses in connection with Lalgola Police Station Case No.315 of 2025 dated 15.04.2025. On an assessment of the materials, I am of the view that at the investigation stage, this is not a fit case for interference.

Petitioner would be at liberty to approach the High Court by invoking the appropriate provisions of law, preferably after the police

authorities submit their report under Section 193 of the BNSS.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 11314 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
