Petitioner would submit all the documents in her custody to the police authorities for running the bar-cum-restaurant. Let such representation be submitted within a period of seven days.

Learned advocate for the private respondents, on the other hand, submits that there are educational institutions, temple and other residents who have objection regarding the operation of the bar-cum-restaurant.

Be that as it may, State has submitted a report which reflects that Hanskhali P.S. Case No.270 of 2025 dated 28.04.2025 has been registered for investigation on the complaint of the petitioner. But so far as the petitioner's business is concerned, the

same is being prevented from operation which is the primary grievance of the petitioner. If the petitioner, as directed above, produces all the necessary documents to the police authorities, police authorities would ensure that no hindrance is created in the operation of the business of the present petitioner. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 11265 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
