The petitioner being the State Bank of India is aggrieved by the rejection of the application filed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act by the Additional District Magistrate (General), Paschim Medinipur.

The rejection has been made primarily relying upon an order passed by the learned Additional District Judge (Commercial Court), Jammu. The petitioner is not aware of the details of the subject case. 3.

Learned advocate representing the private respondent no. 14 submits that his client is the auction purchaser and has paid valuable consideration for purchasing the property. Possession has not been delivered till date.

Let a report by the Additional District Magistrate (General), Paschim Medinipur be prepared and circulated by 11th August, 2025. The report shall annex documents relying on which the Section 14 application stood rejected by the authority.

Relist the matter for further consideration on 13th August, 2025.
