Learned advocate, Mr. Prasun Kumar Datta and Mr. S. Roy are present on behalf of the State.

The matter relates to cancellation of bail which was filed on 25th April, 2012.

Since 2012, the petitioner did not take any action to get the instant criminal motion heard by this Court. In view of such conduct of the petitioner, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the instant criminal motion and accordingly, the instant criminal motion is dismissed for nonprosecution.
