Suresh Singh Mr. Koustav Lal Mukherjee Mr. Abhijit Singh.............for the petitioner Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner filed a down loaded website copy of the order dated 11.01.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court at Uluberia, Howrah wherefrom it reveals that the proceeding being Complaint Case 114C/2022 under section 494 of the IPC has been disposed of for non-prosecution. Let copy of the said order be kept with the record. In view of the above facts, the petitioner herein does not want to proceed with the instant case.

Accordingly, CRR 1983 of 2022 is dismissed being infructuous as the proceeding before the learned trial court has already been disposed of.

Consequently, the applications being CRAN 4/2023 & CRAN 5/2023 are thus disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
