Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the private opposite parties are threatening the petitioner and the charge sheeted witnesses.

State is represented.

Report submitted on behalf of the State be taken on record.

Police received complaints from the petitioner with regard to threats being held out by the private opposite parties.

We are not inclined to cancel the bail granted in favour of the private opposite parties since the order granting bail is dated December 23, 2021 and the present application was filed in 2024.

In such circumstances, we are not minded to interfere in this application for cancellation of bail. C.R.M. (DB) 1429 of 2024 is dismissed.
