Petitioner complained to the Officer-inCharge, Bhangore Police Station that the private respondents have been trying to encroach upon a property and with that end in view insisted on raising a boundary wall which was resisted by the petitioner. Consequent to which there were breach of peace and the petitioner was faced with threats of dire consequences.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms.

Sangeeta Roy & Ms. Amrita Tewari, learned advocates, who ordinarily represent the State, are directed to represent the State. Their appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities. Having regard to the fact that the representation was submitted more than 15 months ago, I direct that if the petitioner is faced with

similar inconveniences, petitioner will file a fresh representation before the concerned police authorities. Police authorities would ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place and if the accusations are found to be correct, to take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 12688 of 2024 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
