This is the 4th attempt to obtain bail. There is hardly any change in circumstance subsequent to the last order of refusing to grant bail to the petitioner.

The Court is informed that the trial is ongoing. Today was the date fixed for evidence when the petitioner obtained adjournment.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the trial.

In view of such fact, the jurisdictional court is requested not to grant any adjournment to the petitioner on any ground whatsoever. The trial court will endeavour to dispose of the trial as expeditiously as possible. Since there is hardly any change in circumstances since the last order of rejection of bail, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

CRM 4991 of 2021 is dismissed.
