1. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigation is almost complete and the report in the final form shall be submitted in this month itself i.e. September, 2024. It is further submitted that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation.

2. On such consideration, we relax the bail condition to the effect that the petitioner shall not be required to meet the I.O. any further.
