Case No. 128 of dated 19.04.2021 under Sections 448/341/509/322/379/354/34 of the Indian Penal Code. And In Re : Tamasha Bhattacharya & Ors ..... petitioners Mr. Mrityunjoy Chatterjee ...... for the petitioners Mr. Biswajit Tiwari ... for de-facto complainant Mr. Sekhar Barman ...... for the State We have considered the materials on record. The instant case is a counter blast to a criminal case lodged by petitioner No.1 against the de facto complainant and other in-laws on allegation of cruelty.

In view of the aforesaid fact and as the allegations are general and omnibus, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

Petitioners shall appear before the court below and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.

The application being CRM (A) No. 2852 of 2022 is disposed of.
