Learned advocate-on-record for the petitioners is allowed to correct the cause title of the petition.

The petitioners are booked with an offence of forgery. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature. A civil suit is pending between the parties. He prayed for anticipatory bail on any condition. 4.
Learned counsel appearing for the State raised strong objection. Placed the C.D.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and considering the materials in the C.D., it appears to this Court that the alleged document has already been seized by the investigating agency. Dispute between the parties are civil in nature. A civil suit being T.S. No. 86 of 2019 is pending between the parties.

Considering the circumstance and the nature of the offence alleged against the present petitioners, it appears to this Court that the present petitioners are entitled to get a favourable order. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is considered and allowed.

Accordingly, It is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-
(Rupees Ten thousand only) each, with two registered sureties of like amount each, subject to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Hooghly on condition that the petitioners must appear before the Investigating Officer once in a week until further order and shall also comply with the provisions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

Return the C.D. immediately.
