Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Learned advocate for the respondents undertake to file vokalatnama within 17th December 2020. It appears on perusal of the writ petition and from the submission of the petitioner that he is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents to consider his representation dated 26th February, 2019 made before the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Hooghly/ respondent No. 3 for permanent absorption.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3/ the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Hooghly to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner being Annexure P-4 to the writ petition in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his unauthorized representative within six weeks from date and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter. WPA 10340 of 2019 is disposed of.
