Records reflect that the proceedings are under Section 144 of the Cr.P.C. which was set in motion by the learned Executive Magistrate, Contai, Purba Medinipur in connection with Misc. Case No.528 of 2022.

Having regard to the fact that there are statutory period prescribed for provisions under Section 144 of Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to interfere at this belated stage after 13 months. Petitioner would be at liberty to exhaust his remedies before the other forum. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1762 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
