It is contended co-accused are on bail. He prays for bail.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was identified in the course of TI parade. Co-accused were enlarged on bail on the ground that there was irregularities in holding TI parade so far as they are concerned. Petitioner cannot claim parity with them. His vehicle was also utilized for the purpose of committing dacoity.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
