Having considered that the trial of the case is in progress, I am not inclined to waive all the conditions. However, so far as the meeting with the Officer-in-charge of Netaji Nagar police station is concerned, the same is hereby waived. This Court, however, is not preventing the trial court for imposing any other condition(s) in case there is violation of any of the conditions imposed and/or any non-cooperation in the progress of the trial.

With the aforesaid observations, CRAN 2 of 2025 is disposed of.
