Mr. Siva Prasad Ghose ..for the petitioners Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the order dated September 9, 2024, has not been complied with by demolishing the relevant building.

By the said order, this Court did not direct the Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation to undertake demolition proceedings. It was only observed that the Corporation would be at liberty to implement the demolition order dated July 23, 2024.

In that view of the matter, there is no justification to keep this contempt application pending.

The petitioner will be at liberty to file an appropriate application for redressal of his grievance.

Accordingly, CPAN 1057 of 2025 is disposed of.
