1. The writ application has been preferred praying for a direction upon the respondent municipal authorities to consider the written complaint dated 21/04/2025 and the representation dated 02/05/2025 filed by the petitioner herein.

2. The learned counsel for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation has placed a report wherein it appears that the hearing is under process and the next date is fixed on 17/10/2025 and prior notice will be served upon both the parties.

3. Considering the said fact the petitioner herein is granted liberty to appear before the said authority on 17/10/2025 and the authority concerned shall consider the said representations filed by the

petitioner before this Court in course of the said hearing and dispose of the same in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order.

4. WPA 11433 of 2025 stands disposed of.

5. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
