1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is in custody for more than three years. However trial is at a matured stage. Examination of the accused under section 313 Cr.P.C is in progress.

3. Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

5. Trial court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
