And In Re : Pakhi Bewa & Anr. ..... petitioners Mr. Anisur Rahman ... for the petitioners Ms. Manisha Sharma ... for the State Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioners in the alleged possession of narcotic substance i.e. 23 bottles of Phensedyl Syrup containing Codeine Mixture above commercial quantity and in view of statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
